Via Di Silvio We wanted to take a moment to thank Pat Rogers, Long Realty, and Title Security for the excellent service we received during the sale of my Mother’s townhome in Mona Lisa Village. We chose Pat Rogers because of her extensive knowledge of thecomplex. In fact, she was the onsite realtor when the property was first being build and sold. We had a rather complex transaction with me and my three Sisters as heirs to the property after my Mom’s passing. Two of my Sisters live out of state and the third lives out of the country. In spite of this, everyone on the Long Team worked to assure a smooth transaction. My husband and I were even able to go on a much needed vacation that had been planned a year in advance, while Pat handled the repairs on the home needed for closing.
